Late arrivals / No shows
We appreciate at Woodfords that on occasion things can stop us from being on time.
We respectfully ask our clients to try and arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow you to grab a coffee, relax and not be rushed!
We do reserve the right to refuse appointments or to charge upfront for clients who regularly miss appointments or arrive late.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation of an appointment.
We are happy to rebook an appointment any time providing enough suitable time is given.
